Her work is calm yet powerful, honest yet poetic — always focused on capturing the genuine essence of each person. For Joanna, photography is not about posing but about feeling — being present and letting emotions unfold naturally. She had the incredible opportunity to take part in a workshop with Nirav Patel — a photographer whose unique approach to light and emotion deeply influenced her style and creative vision.

Additionally, Szymon graduated from the Lodz Film School and is currently completing a 10-month color-grading course.

Together, we form a duo that blends photographic sensitivity with a cinematic way of seeing. Our paths first crossed at a wedding — Joanna photographing, Szymon filming — capturing someone else’s story while unknowingly beginning our own. Since then, we’ve been creating side by side, combining two perspectives into one shared vision. We believe that film and photography complete each other — together they tell a fuller, deeper story. Now, we work as one — guided by emotion, light and the beauty of real connection.
